    Shipping Policy

    Thank you for shopping with Truth Apparel Company! Our goal is to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy. 

    Government Contract Orders Only: Please get in touch with us directly to place orders via a unique Purchasing Order with our customer service team. Our team takes up to 1 week for your order to be processed followed by shipping. Note* Depending on the amount of orders, we reserve the right to extend the customary processing time. 

    International Orders: We do not provide compensation, coupons, discounts or payments for import fees, or duties imposed by any countries outside of the United States of America. These fees must be paid in full by the customer upon request for payment for services rendered. Note* We do not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid import fees or customs fees. 

    Lost packages: Once an order is in the possession of FedEx, USPS, UPS, or DHI, we are not responsible for any damaged or lost packages during transit. We will however assist our customers with filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
